Comments: I have been searching the web for any information regarding billing and collection procedures for outpatient facilities. I am new to this surgery center and would like information on more web sites that
could enhance my learning and help enhance billing and collection guidelines. I really like the information I have already obtained from this site. Thank you.

Comments: I am looking at doing at home coding. Do you offer this type of work? Do you know of anyone that does? I have 14 years experience
in ICD-9-CM and CPT coding. I have also been a coding supervisor. If you have any information I would appreciate a response. Thank you very much for your time.

Sincerely,

Kimberlie Starbuck, RHIT

Comments: I am currently going to college to become a medical
assistant. The middle of Sept. is when I graduate. I intend to take the CMA
exam in Jan of 2004. I have been looking on Amazon.com for books to help
me prepare for the exam there are so many to choose from. I was
wondering if you could recommend a book that would help me prepare for the
exam.

Thank you,

Comments: We are training a MA for her clinical rotation. I need to
know what the state of AZ allows them to do, ie. what medications can they
inject? Also, where do they go to in the state of AZ to take a test for
certification. She is training out of Keiser College in Florida.
Thanks,
Shelly Middleton
